2. Custom Orders & Personalization
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our pet urns, all custom orders (including specific inscriptions, glaze colors, or design modifications) are final sale once production has commenced. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom pieces unless they arrive damaged or defective. Non-custom items may be subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

3. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. You agree to provide current and accurate payment information. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We are not responsible for their services.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
We ship orders via partners like DHL. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
