To ensure a proper and respectful fit, we recommend choosing based on your pet’s weight. The urn’s interior capacity is designed with ample space.

Note: Weight ranges are a guideline. Breed and body type can influence the ideal choice. Please contact us for personalized advice. For your reference, most common domestic rabbit breeds, which typically weigh less than 6 kg, are well-suited for our Regular size.

The Art of Underglaze Color Painting

Our urns feature underglaze hand-painting, a revered ceramic technique. The colors are applied to the raw clay and sealed beneath a crystal-clear glaze before firing at an intense 1250°C. This traditional method ensures the portrait is permanent, food-safe, and retains its vibrant brilliance forever, protected from fading or wear.

Given the nature of hand-painting and the unique characteristics of each pet, slight variations in the final portrait are a natural and cherished part of the process, making every urn truly unique. • Packaging: Multi-layered, anti-shock packaging. An elegant black memorial box is available as an option.

The Ordering Journey & Timeline

1. Photo Submission: For the best custom portrait, please upload clear photos that show your pet’s key features from multiple angles before you place your order. You can find the upload button right above the “Add to Cart” button.

2. Artistic Process: The urn’s base shape is pre-formed. Our artist paints the portrait, interpreting your pet’s likeness. Exact photographic replication can’t be guaranteed，but we aim to capture their spirit.

3. Draft Preview : We will email you the draft for approval within 5-7 business days.

4. Revisions & Drying: If the draft meets your satisfaction, the urn will proceed through a mandatory 7-day natural drying period before glazing and firing. One complimentary round of minor revisions is included if needed. Additional revisions, if required, are free of charge and the time needed will depend on complexity, typically up to 7 days.

5. Firing & Shipping: After final approval and drying, the urn is glazed and fired. The entire process, from order to shipment, is typically completed within 14 days for orders without revisions.

6. Nature of Craft: As 100% handmade pieces undergoing high-temperature firing, minor variations in weight, dimensions, or glaze texture may occur. We see this as the signature of true artistry.
